You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2023/2673, we provide an electronic withdrawal function directly accessible from this page. To exercise your right:

Step 2: Confirm your request by entering your name and the details of the order concerned (order number, item(s) returned).

Step 3: You will automatically receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email on the durable medium of your choice, in accordance with the directive.
Product Return
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the product(s) concerned within 14 days following the date you notified us of your withdrawal. After this period, the withdrawal request cannot be processed.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and in their original packaging if possible.
Refund
The refund will be issued only after receipt of the returned product in our warehouses, or after you have provided us with proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
We will refund all payments received, including initial delivery costs (excluding additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard method), within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
Exempt Products
Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:
- Customized or tailor-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital content provided immediately after purchase
- Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
